The Regular fee and Student fee includes a conference booklet, a USB drive with the conference proceedings, admission to all technical sessions, lunches during the conference, and admission to the conference reception and the banquet.
The Accompanying Person fee includes admission to all social events, i.e. conference reception, and banquet.
Student Fees: Student rate attendees must email to the secretariat a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student. The registration process will only proceed after the email of this document.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: A 50% refund of the registration fee can be claimed until June 15, 2018. To that end, a written cancellation request should be submitted to the organizers.
